I was on a roll this month.

I made these cute little hor'doeurves last week and totally forgot to post them.

They are Brie on phyllo crusts and topped with blueberries.

Pretty tasty for tea, I'd say. And if anything they are extremely pleasing to the eye. I'm not a huge fan of Brie cheese myself, but it was a fun and easy little project. I adore working with phyllo dough.

Not feeling so well today, so I am not in my creative spirit. I apologize.

New goal: Learn to make sushi

So I have had this urge to try and make new foods that are specialty. This is the new year and I plan on finding something new to make every month of the year. This month my goal is : Sushi with tempura.

This is my all time favorite food. Japanese food is really the most appealing to me. It seems so light, but is really filling and pleasing to the taste-buds. I know that there are those of you who turn your noses up to this fishy dish, but I hope that you will try it some day.

Onward to buy my sushi making materials!!!
